ADI公司生产各种具有同步和非同步内部开关的高性能降压开关稳压器IC和降压开关控制器IC。这些开关稳压器可提供2 V至100 V的输入电压，开关频率高达4 MHz，运行效率达96%。利用突发工作模式 (Burst Mode®)，可获得几十μA级的静态电流。上述特性组合只需少量外部组件即可实现小尺寸薄型降压开关稳压器电路方案。
