DS3655
PRODUCTIONDeepCover Security Manager with Ultra-Low-Power Tamper Detection and Nonimprinting Memory
Single-Chip Solution Integrates Advanced Physical Security to Protect Against Physical and Environmental Tamperings
Part Details
- 64-Byte Nonimprinting Key Memory with High-Speed Erase
- 32-Bit Elapsed Time Counter
- Integrated CPU Supervisor
- On-Chip Programmable Temperature Sensing
- Two Active-Low Tamper-Detect Inputs
- Two Active-High Tamper-Detect Inputs
- Latching of Tamper Events
- Oscillator Tamper Monitoring
- Low-Power Consumption
- 3.0V to 3.6V Single-Supply Operation
- 16-Ball CSBGA (4mm x 4mm x 1mm)
In the event of a primary power failure, an external battery source is automatically switched in to keep the internal memory, elapsed-time counter, and tamper-detection circuitry alive. Additionally, output signals are provided to flag a tamper event, monitor the internal oscillator, and power external circuitry from either the system supply or the battery.
