Abstract
当前,产品设计者在面对市场上大量的模拟开关时,需要考虑器件的许多规格。这篇应用笔记回顾了标准CMOS模拟开关的基本结构,描述了模拟开关的一些常见参数。文档也讨论了最新的模拟开关改进性能。
